CETAC Announces New Distributor for France and Maghreb
(Omaha, NE) – August 3, 2009

CETAC Technologies is pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached with AMBROSIA Technologies SARL to represent the CETAC analytical product lines in France and Maghreb. AMBROSIA Technologies is a newly founded company focusing on the areas of sample preparation, sample introduction, consumables and accessories for elemental analysis. Founders Jean-Yves Henry and Etienne Chipon have over 30 years combined experience in the industry, including past employment with PerkinElmer, Unicam, Thermo Electron and SCP SCIENCE.

Mary Beisheim, Executive Vice President for CETAC, says that the collaboration will add another dimension to the support structure that already exists for customers in the area. “Due to Jean-Yves Henry’s experience and relationships in France, CETAC has become the leading provider for autosamplers, mercury analyzers, laser ablation and liquid sampling accessories, for both direct customers and OEM partners alike. The new company will take advantage of a large storage area for spare and service parts, and will also be able to service and support customers directly on site.”
