European Warehouse Established

CETAC Technologies is pleased to announce the creation of a new warehouse for supply of spare parts throughout the European Union.

Located in Überlingen, Germany, the warehouse will stock instrument consumables and spare parts for the nebulizer, autosampler and mercury analyzer product lines. The warehouse will be managed by Mr. Peter Kainrath of S-prep GmbH, the CETAC dealer in Germany. Customers in France will continue to place orders on SPIN, the CETAC dealer for their country.

Mary Beisheim, International Sales and Marketing Manager, states "Four years ago we established both a European service center and a technical support group to service our customers, but until now, the majority of orders for spare parts were fulfilled through our factory in the USA. Having a regional warehouse for these common items will increase timeliness of shipments and minimize any potential instrument downtime. In addition, management of the warehouse through our dealer allows us to streamline the ordering process."

Purchase orders should be placed directly on S-prep GmbH, who will process shipments and control inventory levels. Prices to customers inside the European Union will incorporate all landed costs. Additionally, customers will have the convenience of processing their payment in Euros.
