Standard Cell
Standard sample cell with 52 mm diameter x 50 mm height providing an effective volume of ~60 cm3 (with sample insert). Provided with sample inserts and slide holders to accompany an assortment of various sample sizes. The standard cell is included with the LSX-500 and LSX-213 systems, but can also be ordered separately.

Large Format Cell
Large format sample cell with dimensions of 52 mm x 102 mm. Provides additional working area for larger samples. Compatible with LSX-200, LSX-500 and LSX-213 laser systems.

Document Cell (Spring Cell)
Specially designed, spring loaded cell for use on large, flat samples. Allows customers to move the sample beneath the ablation area which eliminates the need to cut samples to fit within the confines of other sample cells. Compatible with LSX-500 and LSX-213 laser systems.

Sediment Cell
Holds up to 10 inches of continuous, intact sediment, cores or tree rings for direct analysis. Developed and provided by ETH Zurich, Switzerland. Contact Detlef Guenther at guenther@inorg.chem.ethz.ch for details and pricing information.

CryoCell System 10 Cell®
Provides a peltier-cooled, programmable cold laser ablation platform. Enables the ablation of frozen samples, maintaining them at programmed temperatures between room temperature and minus 30 °C.
